Benzo CRM Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Benzo CRM is an internal order-management application operated by sole proprietor Kalnichenko S. S. for the Benzozapchasti online store at benzozapchasti.com.ua.

2. Google user data we access

Benzo CRM requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. This permission allows the application to send email from the Google account connected by an authorized administrator.

Benzo CRM does not request permission to:

• read or download messages from the Gmail mailbox;
• delete, modify, organize, or search Gmail messages;
• access Google Contacts, Google Drive, or other Google services.

3. How Google user data is used

The Gmail permission is used exclusively to send transactional business correspondence prepared in Benzo CRM, including customer-service messages and supporting documents selected by an authorized CRM user. The application sends each message only after a user initiates the action in the CRM.

4. Storage and protection

The Google OAuth refresh token is stored in encrypted form in the restricted CRM database and is available only to authorized application processes. Benzo CRM does not store or copy the contents of the connected Gmail mailbox because it does not have permission to read it.

5. Sharing of data

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or transferred to data brokers. Email content is transmitted through the Gmail API to the recipients selected by an authorized CRM user. Data may also be processed by service providers strictly as necessary to host and secure the application or when disclosure is required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained only while the Gmail integration remains connected. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account permissions page. An administrator may also request disconnection and deletion of the stored OAuth credential by contacting us.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Benzo CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the application or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
